Beachfront Motel

Fridge froze up, so milk was frozen. I reported this to Reception before I left today. Room 23. Probably need a new fridge. Somehow housekeeping missed resupplying a new dish cloth and tea towel. On checking under the King bed in main living area, noticed very dusty under the bed. So under bed needs uplifting and a vacuum as well as vacuuming the carpet too. Outside Room 23 entrance door, one of my friends tripped at front door ,she did not see the step before the door. I would recommend yellow tape on the step or provide another black mat. Lucky she did not fall but her coffee went on the lino inside unit, which we wiped up. Thank you.

it Is a great place to stay, free BBQs across the road, a park, all beachfront amenities, close to everything Napier has to offer. Favourite motel. NB You need to be on second floor. Bottom has no view and shabby outdoor space but upstairs is great. 3rd floor is ok but no lift.

Everything was within walking distance Restaurants, Parks ,Shops etc very handy! And the view from our room was beautiful to wake up to

The room was great, nice and spacious. We were moved over to Shoreline as there was an issue with our room over in Beachfront but the room was the same. I liked the fact there was a DVD player in the room, we had a space to eat, space to relax and a little spot just for me to switch off. Staff were friendly and super helpful too!!

We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again. Very clean. The double glazed doors kept the traffic noise out. With the bedroom at the back it was very quiet.
