Great location. A newly renovated kitchen. The room had essential dishes, a refrigerator, and a microwave. A balcony with a sea view. Clean rooms and daily housekeeping. A new wardrobe, but not very functional. It had only two hangers and one shelf. An inconvenient wall-mounted shower. However, the renovated kitchen area and new furniture in the living room left a very pleasant impression of the hotel.

it Is a great place to stay, free BBQs across the road, a park, all beachfront amenities, close to everything Napier has to offer. Favourite motel. NB You need to be on second floor. Bottom has no view and shabby outdoor space but upstairs is great. 3rd floor is ok but no lift.

Beautiful location excellent price room was so comfy and great amenities. The room was spacious and perfect for a small family. The beds were very comfortable.

Everything was within walking distance Restaurants, Parks ,Shops etc very handy! And the view from our room was beautiful to wake up to

Fabulous location. We had one bedroom Seaview room. Spacious, comfortable bed with all you needed. Could walk everywhere.

The room was great, nice and spacious. We were moved over to Shoreline as there was an issue with our room over in Beachfront but the room was the same. I liked the fact there was a DVD player in the room, we had a space to eat, space to relax and a little spot just for me to switch off. Staff were friendly and super helpful too!!

We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again. Very clean. The double glazed doors kept the traffic noise out. With the bedroom at the back it was very quiet.

Given the moderate price, we were surprised and delighted by the spaciousness and comfort (separate bedroom and living area plus a balcony) and a large spa as a bonus.
